The impeller structure of AF foam pump usually adopts double impeller or three impeller design. Among them, the impeller of a double bladed pump is composed of two symmetrical blades, which suck in and discharge fluid through axial relative rotation. This design can provide higher flow rate and lower pressure loss. On the other hand, a three bladed pump adds an intermediate blade on top of two blades, making the impeller structure more complex, but it can also provide higher efficiency and lower noise levels. In addition, in order to improve the performance and reliability of the pump, some advanced AF foam pumps also use removable impeller design to facilitate user maintenance and replacement.
