Due to the high density of gold and some gold minerals, it means that they are continuously circulated in the grinding and classification circuit, and can be discharged from the cyclone classifier only after grinding to enough fineness. Like other minerals, the particle size is very small, which will affect the flotation effect. The installation of flash flotation machine in the flotation circuit can improve the recovery of monomer gold with less dosage and faster flotation speed. The control of the foam layer is very important. If the load of the foam is very high or the concentrates are coarser, the stability of the foam will be reduced.
